1. About YBM CUSTOMS

YBM CUSTOMS is an online shop offering custom decals and related products for motorcycles, pit bikes, electric bikes and other vehicles.

By placing an order through our website, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

2. Products

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, sizes and colors are displayed as accurately as possible.

However, colors may appear slightly different depending on your screen, monitor or device.

Product dimensions and specifications are provided as accurately as possible. Customers are responsible for checking measurements and ensuring that the product they order is suitable for their vehicle or application.

3. Custom and Personalized Products

Some products may be custom-made or personalized according to information, designs, names, logos, colors or specifications provided by the customer.

Once production of a custom or personalized product has started, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

Where a product is made specifically according to the customer's specifications or is clearly personalized, the statutory right of withdrawal may not apply, as permitted by applicable consumer law.

This does not affect your statutory rights if the product is defective, damaged or does not conform to the agreement.

4. Orders

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email.

YBM CUSTOMS reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in exceptional circumstances, including suspected fraud, incorrect pricing or unavailable products.

If we cancel an order after payment has been made, you will receive a full refund of the amount paid.

5. Prices and Payment

All prices displayed on our website are shown in euros (€), unless otherwise stated.

Payment must be completed before an order is processed.

We reserve the right to change product prices at any time. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

6. Shipping and Delivery

We aim to process orders within 1–3 business days.

Estimated delivery times are:

• The Netherlands: approximately 2–5 business days after shipment
• Belgium: approximately 3–7 business days after shipment

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to postal services, shipping carriers, holidays, incorrect address information or circumstances outside our control.

Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address.

If an order is returned to us because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided, additional shipping costs may apply before the order can be shipped again.

7. Risk and Damaged Orders

We carefully package orders to reduce the risk of damage during transportation.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and provide photographs of the packaging and the damaged product.

We will assess the issue and, where applicable, provide an appropriate solution in accordance with your statutory consumer rights.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the YBM CUSTOMS website, including logos, photographs, graphics, designs, text and other materials, is owned by or licensed to YBM CUSTOMS unless otherwise stated.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or use our content for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

9. Customer-Submitted Designs

If you submit your own designs, images, logos or other content for a custom product, you confirm that you have the right to use and reproduce that content.

You are responsible for ensuring that your submitted content does not infringe the intellectual property, copyright, trademark or other rights of third parties.

YBM CUSTOMS is not responsible for claims arising from content supplied by the customer.

10. Website Use

You agree not to use our website for unlawful purposes or in a way that could damage, disable or interfere with the operation of the website.

We reserve the right to update, modify or discontinue parts of our website or products without prior notice.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, YBM CUSTOMS is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our website or products.

Nothing in these Terms of Service limits or excludes any consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded under applicable law.
